Venomous arachas will always drop this ingredient.Regular Arachas also drop it but it is not a guaranteed drop from them.Armored arachas, however, do not drop it at all.
Where is Arachas in Velen?
I found an Arachas (which drops arachas venom) directly south of the fast travel point “Orphans of Crookback Bog”, in Velen. If you fast travel there, and start travelling directly south until the terrain changes from bog to firm ground, there will be several Endregas and Arachas on some small hills.
