How long does it take to do PHA?
Allow 10 business days for complete processing of the PHA and updating of all applicable databases. On occasion, a Soldier’s PHA will be referred to our office for review and profiling purposes.
How do you make a PHA appointment?
Schedule a PHA appointment by calling the appointment desk at 504-253-4671. Your appointment will be scheduled no early than 7 days after your request. You may be contacted to arrive early to perform necessary tests prior to your appointment. Service Members Attached to a DOD Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
Where can I do PHA Part 1?
STEP 1: The first part of the PHA process is unchanged: service member completes an online questionnaire via Army Knowledge Online (AKO). To complete the online questionnaire, Soldiers should visit and then go to “Self Service” and then click on “My Medical Readiness.”
How often do you do PHA army?
Service members are required to complete a PHA every 12 months.
How long does PHA last army?
PHAs are good for 12 months and are typically done during a member’s birth month.
What is a PHA draw?
