How do I use Cinemark passes or platinum supersavers? Guest passes, rainchecks, platinum supersavers, or other passes can only be redeemed at the local theatre and not online. Only credit cards and Cinemark gift cards can be used to make a purchase online. Platinum supersavers are valid for one general admission.
How do you cancel Cinemark movie club?
Contact us at 1-800-Cinemark, or sign in to your Cinemark account online and visit Expand the “Manage Your Membership” section towards the bottom of the page and click “Cancel Membership” to cancel. Any unused Movie Club credits will expire 6 months from your cancellation date.
