Put TBox in Sleep mode (hold down power button on remote for a few seconds until it goes into sleep mode).Turn power off at wall.Unplug TBox power plug from wall.Unplug power cord from back of TBox.Wait at least 2 whole minutes.Plug back in etc.Turn back on & be patient with it starting up etc.
