How can I check my HDB status?
My HDBPage is a personalised portal where you can view your transactions, correspondence, and details with HDB at a glance. For example, you can check the status of your flat and Housing Loan Eligibility (HLE) letter application. You need your Singpass to log in to My HDBPage.
How do I check if a tenant is HDB?
Flat owners can print the HDB’s confirmation letter, after logging in with Singpass at via Renting Out of Bedroom(s) > Enquiry on Tenants. Alternatively, flat owners may use our ‘Enquiry on Authorised Tenants’ e-Service to assure their tenants that they have been registered with HDB.
Who can buy 3Gen HDB?
In order to successfully apply for a 3Gen flat, your parents must be registered occupiers of the flat since the purpose of inventing this flat is technically so you could live with your parents. And because HDB apartments aren’t meant for the rich, occupiers of the house cannot have any properties to their name.
What is jumbo flat?
Jumbo flats are typically between 150 sqm to 168 sqm or 1615 sqft to 1800 sqft. As they are created by merging two HDB units, they tend to have bigger common living and dining areas, and also larger kitchens and more bathroom units compared to regular HDB flats.

The resale completion is about 8 weeks from the date of HDB’s acceptance of the resale application. We will notify you via SMS on the actual date and time of your resale completion once it is scheduled. You can also check the appointment details from the HDB Resale Portal.
How long is the HLE process?
HDB will take around 14 days to process your HLE application after they receive all the documents. In the event that you do not get the amount you’re hoping for, you can reverse engineer the process to get a higher amount when you reapply for the HLE letter.
How do I update my tenant in HDB?
For the inclusion of new tenants, you must obtain HDB’s approval for the change of tenants before they can move into the flat. The renewal of an existing approval to rent out a flat is considered a new application, and will be assessed according to the policies and regulations.
How do I remove a tenant from HDB?
You can remove existing occupier/s if the remaining occupier/s qualify to retain the rental flat under our prevailing policy. You can submit your request by approaching the HDB Branch.
Can my friend stay in my HDB flat?
