Operator Mods are a new kind of attachment in Black Ops 4. These special attachments offer a unique bonus to the weapon. In order to equip an Operator Mod you must equip the Primary Operator Mod Wildcard for your Primary Weapon and/or the Secondary Operator Mod Wildcard for your Secondary Weapon.
